We make naturally leavened sourdough bread, bagels and croissants, using organic ingredients, here, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama
Bakery and coffee shop hours:
Thursday 8am - 1pm (walk-in only)
Friday 8am - 1pm (walk-in and pre-order)
Saturday 8am - 1pm (walk-in and pre-order)
Pre-ordering opens Tuesdays and closes the night before the collection day.
Go to the "Pre-order for Friday" page, or "Pre-order for Saturday" page depending on which day you would like to collect.
